Location is very near to railway station. Not very far from Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Kaal Bhairav temple.

Elevator is not available. Can be an issue with older people having joint pain.

My stay was very comfortable and happy.. my parents were so happy about this place. The location is very convenient to go anywhere 24.hrs convenience are available owner is very helpful and friendly even they helped us organise the trip on ganges and nothing was too much trouble, evrything was gud and must say about the meals, food was amazing like "Maa ke hath ka khana" totally great feeling.

The owner/ proprietor is a very helpful, smart and capable lady. She was very professional with her hospitality right from the time of our online booking until we left. She helped us with a room change, considering that my mother has had a knee replacement surgery. She helped us with some tips to secure a quicker Darshan of Lord Vishwanath Ji. She also helped us with tips to shopping streets in town. Overall she and her team are the backbone of this home stay. The food at the stay was very homely and light to the stomach. If you order in advance, you could get almost anything from their menu and it is tasty as well.

The walk up to the 2nd floor and above is steep by stairs and can difficult for older people - so recommend to inform them in advance for a lower floor if you have difficulty climbing up. The double rooms and their bathrooms are too small. So opt for their rooms with double bed with extra bed (for 3) just incase you prefer bigger spaces. The approach road is a narrow one and cars don’t go all the way. And you need to worry about a few aggressive dogs if you are walking early in the day or a bit later in the evening. (The owner offered us help with this once). Order food in advance and maybe repeat it once to reconfirm to ensure you get on time - because the operation is handled by a family and they may get busy with checkins and checkouts. All in good faith.

We were not updated that the roads to varanasi was closed for outside vehicles where as everyone else knew it even in prayagraj. The owner/manager doesnt inform us about this before taking the booking. We were told to send a token and we sent 1k later they call and ask for more 20% was coming upto 1200-1300 they ask us to send 2k. After which they still dont bother to update After receiving the token they call and say 1.as there any senior citizen as my mum was traveling together i said yes but room available on terrace or 2nd floor only without lift. 2. only terrace room available or 1 terrace and 1 on a lower floor. Later they ask to take a different property if we want rooms together when we agree they say only 1 shared washroom available. All just cheaters When we ask them y they dint update on road closure they say we dont know not our fault make us speak to someone on the road.

Got an accommodation not as per the commitment. But the owner is good, co-operative and responsive.
