"WAS NOT TO COMFORTBLE THE BEDS NEED TO BE REPLACED VERY NOISY."

THERE WERE LIGHTS ON THE STAIRS NOT WORKING, LIGHTS AT FRONT DOOR POOR , LIGHTS UP LIKE CANDLE. THERE WAS A HEATER BUT NO GAS AVAILABLE. COMING FOR A EYE OPERATION AND TO THIS MADE IT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.

Instructions for key collection were clear and the security guard was professional and helpful. The open communication from the owner was great.

Nothing, everything was up to standard and the place exceeded expectations. Its located close to the Tygervalley Mall, so accessing restuarants and shops came with no hassle.
