Green apartment arena-usce

The apartment is located in a very communicative area. We were lucky to find a parking spot in front of the building free of charge. But even if we had to find other parking place, I'm sure it is not hard to find. Nearby are many restaurants with different cuisines suitable for every taste (except for Di Napoli pizzeria - don't ever go there!!!). Overall it was a nice place to stay in. If we wanted to cook for ourselves, there is kitchen with all the facilities. There is a washing machine, iron, even charging cables. There are a lot of bus/tram stops in short walking distance of the building that you can take to virtually anywhere in the city.l

At first the place seemed very clean. But it wasn't. The fridge and the other kitchen facilities were not so clean. There were plates on the drawer since I don't know when. The bathroom kitchen undersink cabinet smelled really bad, I used it once to search for disinfectant and haven't opened it since. The shower cabin does not close all the way leaving the bathroom/toilet wet after every shower. The shower head was clogged and we had to clean it to be usable. Most of the lights in the apartment are either to dim or flicker. The price was too high compered to similar apartments the area. Taking a picture of my id with a telephone seems a bit shady. Cash only payment is not ok as withdrawal tax for cash in Serbia is really high.

Everything in the apartment was perfect!! Very clean, nice looking, comfortable, looks and feels like home.

It's on fifth floor with no elevator, issue for people with knee pain or other :D. But other than that, everything was PERFECT!
