露天風呂が素晴らしい他、道後温泉本館までエレベーターで降りられて、大変便利です。 部屋は上がりかまちがあって、くつろげました。また次回も泊まりたいですね。

施設、スタッフの対応等は大変良かったが、残念なことにただ一点、夕食が陳腐で美味しくなかった コーヒーサーバーで提供された飲み物もぬるかった 食が楽しみの一つなのでこの評価になった

非常にきれいで、部屋からの見晴らしもよく、スタッフの対応もよかったです。夜はロビーでピアノコンサートがあり、道後温泉本館にも直結していて家族も皆満足していました。
