Our host was so accommodating. And very very helpful. His name is Nkululeko. This is the first time we actually felt cared for and very very important. The hospitality was amazing. I would probably go back next time I go to Richards bay

I loved the place, the stuff and the cleanliness of the place

I wasn't happy in the morning when I called the number that was listed to call incase I needed something the lady on the other end terminated the call on purpose without even listening to my plight. I was forced to wait for the stuff to come through as my intention was to leave early.

Dirtyness, I found number 2 on the bathroom tiles, sheets were not changed, biscuits have already expired, coffee department was dirty with coffee all over the room was not cleaned and untidy.

It was clean and close to the beach and harbor.

The fridge in the room was a bit noisy so perhaps replacing with a new or smaller one might be great.

The clean space and privacy. The breakfast was Devine Staff was friendly

The time that breakfast was served was too early No Netflix in our rooms only available at the outside pool bar
