Our stay had a few concerning issues that impacted our experience. One of the main concerns was security — we left the property with the gate properly closed, but returned to find it wide open. The housekeeper and another worker also stay on the property, and the gate was left open on a few occasions, which is worrying considering we had valuables in the yard. The housekeeper was unfortunately not friendly or welcoming, and this made interactions uncomfortable. She also used the washing line daily for her own laundry, leaving no space for guests. When we arranged to use it, the pegs were removed from our clothes, and the wind blew them onto the grass so she could use the line again. Cleanliness was also below expectation. Both inside and outside areas need attention — the walls, carpets, and curtains were noticeably dirty. Lastly, the kitchen is very limited in terms of basic equipment — there wasn’t even a proper bowl available for simple use like making a salad. Overall, while the location may be convenient, there are several areas that need improvement to make the stay comfortable for guests.

DESpacious freestanding home with three comfortable bedrooms. Huge garden with pool. 3 minute drive to the beach - one of the best ones in the area. The Lady on site was very friendly and helpful. Communication with Nox was always quick and easy.
The kitchen could do with some make-over. I understand the need for a damage deposit and we got it back in our account the next day after departur - so no issues in this case. Yet booking.com should facilitate not having to make payments outside their platform - this unfortunately always raises suspicion in this day and age.

ZAThe location was superb, quite and safe neighborhood. The swimming pool was clean and the house was spacious, the beds we comfortable in all the bedrooms. Excellent service from the housekeeper. Communication with host 👌

ZAZAI liked the extra effort with supplying everything a guest might need especially for a self catering accommodation. That stood out for me.
