Lage , für uns PERFEKT !

Die besprochene Klimaanlage war ein Kleingerät mit italienischen Stecker ( Adapter irgendwo in der Wohnung vorhanden ) laut und Effektlos 😔 Fenster aufreißen auch nicht möglich, Erdgeschoss, nicht gesichert! Leider die ganze Anlage von Kakerlaken befallen ….

Că nu se scurgea apa la cuveta de la baie și nici de la cada !

Apartamentul este situat într-o zonă liniștită, dispune de toate utilitățile și este frumos amenajat. Este spațios, recoros și curat.

The apartment was very cosy and beautifully designed, The host was communicative and nice.

location is the best for me and I want to stay in this apartment next time.

Shower- need doors or curtains, because water goes to the floor.

It could have been nice but it was not

Firstly, I was not informed about the ongoing construction work, which has resulted in constant noise, excessive light, and significant dust accumulation. This situation has made it impossible to open the windows for fresh air. During my whole stay there, I could not open the windows at all. The dust was everywhere and the workers in front of the windows. Additionally, I was facing a serious issue with the bathroom facility; the bathtub was clogged, causing the water level to rise to my calves during showers, which was super unsanitary. Moreover, the kitchen is lacking essential supplies, including coffee pods, a cleaning sponge, detergent for clothes, dishwasher soup (the one provided was diluted with water), and there are only two toilet rolls provided for the whole stay. Furthermore, the bed made squeaky noises, which added to my discomfort during my stay. I ve asked them to help with this and the only thing mentioned was to leave and they will refund but I was extremely busy and did not have time to look again for another accommodation. Not even for a second they offered to help or to provide comfort. Plus: The clothes were hanging in the kitchen The kitchen lamp was broken and fell three times There was dust everywhere in the apartment The entrance and the hallway was a mess The above habitants were also renovating Could not use Netflix as stated as the account was used by someone else The toilet seat was unstable and not in the right place The sofa was dirty The clothes basket was broken I think they are just money oriented and should have not had this accommodation open during the construction work at least.
