good value for money. beds are aprox 140 wide so it is fine for 2 adults but we had a child with us- not doable. the house is spacious, it has a kitchen with everything you need. the parking is needed. only one spot is free. if you need another one - you need to pay for it -this is not mentioned

the house is on the hill. not recommended for babies-only if you are in goood shape

It's our second time here, everything was very good, property is spacious, clean and well-accommodated, host is very friendly; parking for 2 cars has been available outside. Highly recommend for the family or group of 6 people coming by cars

Location is conveniently located at walking distance to the city center (max 15min) just under the Tampa mountain. We were surprised by the beautiful view from the windows after the heavy snowfall over Brasov city. The apartment is located at second floor and has a private entrance and parking space. There is also a nice small terrace in front of the house to drink your morning coffee. The amenities were great in general, with modern furniture and everything you need for cooking and comfort relaxation.

There were small inconveniences that did not spoiled in any way our vacation, but I need to mention them for the owner to know about: - Communication was a little hard because the owners are not staying in the city and they were not reachable by phone. We had a small issue finding the panel to open the door (it was under another locker with a code we didn't know) and had no one to call. - heating is not working well in the living room. Existing radiator was never warm enough to properly heat the room. - additional toilet amenities are needed especially for 4 people with longer stays. We had to purchase ourselves from the market.
