Warm friendly welcome at reception. Location of property excellent. Well appointed. Fixtures and fittings of a high standard.

Some information regarding the local area. There were some leaflets but maybe info on restaurants, bus timetables, places to visit etc. Side plates could be an addition to the crockery.

The caravan was beautiful. Towels, bedding, hairdryer, milk, tea, sugar, coffee all provided. Much appreciated after the journey. Shop close by. Stunning location. Everything was great.

A ramp to the caravan instead of steps would give opportunity for customers with walking difficulties. My mother was supposed to come but wasn't well enough. I realised on arrival, she would not have managed the steps to the van.

Lovely clean caravan with everything you'd need. Fab site in a great location. Very attentive hosts. We had an issue with the TV and this was very prompted sorted the next day, excellent service, thank you

Site very clean and well maintained, staff friendly and helpful. Caravan well kept, site within walking distance to Knaresborough centre with river walks.

Location was close to our place of work 6mins drive. Was nice and clean. All had a good night's sleep apart from one of us. Good wifi

Pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Very thin mattress.
