Были очень разочарованы данной квартирой. После долгой дороги с двумя детьми нас встретила грязная, не пригодная для проживания квартира. Перед нашим приездом работал электрик, сверлил что-то на потолке и вся квартира была в белой пыли: пол, вся мебель и кровати с заправленной постелью. Помимо этого, кухня не убиралась вообще: грязная посуда, рассыпана мука, плита, духовка и холодильник тоже были грязные. Унитаз тоже никто не мыл перед нашим приездом, в стиральной машине лежали какие-то вещи. Самое плохое-это кровати и постельное белье. В одной из спален не были застелены кровати и было видно, что матрасы и подушки грязные. Постельное белье плохого качества, синтетическое и все в катышках. Спать на таком не возможно. Одеяла были, но естественно их никто не стирает, а пододеяльников нет, только простынь на которую можно положить одеяло. С хозяином комуникация была через Whatsupp. Он конечно извинялся, через час прислал уборщицу, но мы уже не хотели там оставаться и ждать, так как поверхностная уборка не решала всех проблем данной квартиры. К тому же уборщица пришла с двумя маленькими детьми, которые должны были сидеть в коридоре и ждать пока она уберет, а было около 8 вечера. Это стало уже последней каплей и мы решили там не оставаться, хотя сняли на неделю. Деньги хозяин не вернул, даже частично. Имейте ввиду, что перед вашим заселением хозяин не проверяет состояние квартиры, ее чистоту и гигиену, деньги не возвращает и просит дополнительно депозит, который тоже может не вернуть. We really enjoyed our stay. After reading one negative review, we contacted the host in advance — he replied quickly and kindly and explained everything clearly, so our concerns turned out to be unnecessary. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The garage parking is a big plus. The instructions for key pickup/return were excellent and everything went smoothly. One small note: the Wi-Fi password needs to be entered without the first character (+). Overall, a great stay — we’d happily come back.

Even if there was something positive, I wouldn't write anything. The host absolutely doesn't deserve it.

Never before, anywhere, have I had the opportunity to live in such deplorable conditions, so far removed from what you see in the photos. Massive mold and fungus on the wall, mold in both showers, cracked bed frames, a leaking kettle, hair from the previous guests in the shower, the air conditioning and one of the windows covered with some cardboard, mold and dirt in the clothes dryer, screws and dirt on the floor, a broken hairdryer, dirty mugs. But the landlord didn't see the problem. He'll fix everything. Tomorrow. Yes. Jonathan will do. He'll fix the mold on the wall within a day. And he lied that it was due to a storm. And when we moved out the next day because I'm extremely allergic to mold and mildew, he refused to refund the money. Of course he din't arrive in person cause he wasn't here. Stay away from these kinds of landlords.

Dobra lokalizacja, wygodne mieszkanie. Poruszaliśmy się po Malcie wypożyczonym samochodem, więc świetnym dodatkiem do apartamentu było miejsce w garażu podziemnym, z wejściem niemal wprost do mieszkania. Doskonała komunikacja z miłym i pomocnym gospodarzem.

The location was good and the apartment was spacious.

I would not go there with young children as the plug sockets are not attached to the wall properly in several places, so exploring hands could get to the wires underneath. Additionally, the AC was not working whilst we were there and we had a couple of minor issues too (TV not working and our daughter got locked in the toilet due to stiff lock for a short time).
