The location is great. Rather calm, clean neighbourhood with supermarkets, cafés, park, restaurant and metro nearby. House has old charm with modern facilities.

Small things, such as door knob, towel racks are falling off.

La ubicación, está reformado y es muy bonito, el personal está atento a la hora de responder tus dudas, no tuve problemas con buscar las llaves, alguien me las entregó en la entrada aunque fué un poco borde.

No tuve internet durante mi estancia y aunque se ofrecieron a revisarlo me pareció muy tarde, me dijeron para revisarlo la tarde el día antes de irme así que les dije que no era necesario. Faltan cosas en la cocina para poder ser más funcional, no hay jabón ni shampoo ni en el baño, el sofá cama es incómodo, la cerradura de la puerta principal del edificio no funciona bien. Pequeños detalles que harían de este lugar un sitio increíble!

Sono stati presenti a dare informazioni, la casa era ben attrezzata e corrispondente alle necessità.

Quando siamo arrivati tardi di sera, il signore che è stato pagato per il late check-in era scocciato e ha interrotto me e il tassista che cercavamo di effettuare il pagamento della corsa dati i problemi di connessione. Il tassista ha dovuto inoltrarmi un link per pagarlo dopo, se il signore, vedendo una famiglia con bambini e valigie avesse avuto più pazienza avremmo apprezzato.

Posizione top, si trova in zona residenziale e a tre minuti a piedi ha la fermata metro. Tuttavia ci siamo spostati benissimo con Bolt e Uber a prezzi più convenienti che con la metro. Appartamento siler pulito e super spazioso perfetto per una famiglia.
