Przestronny, nowoczesny apartament, tuż przy wspaniałej plaży, z pięknym widokiem na ocean. Klimatyzacja, wiatrak w każdym pokoju, dwie łazienki. Wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty (pełne wyposażenie kuchni, pralka, żelazko, deska do prasowania). Czysty i funkcjonalny. Pan na recepcji bardzo kompetentny i pomocny, szybka reakcja na wszelkie prośby i sugestie, dodatkowe ręczniki bez żadnego problemu.

Ośrodek znajduje się na uboczu, do najbliższych sklepów, a szczególnie większej miejscowości trzeba dojeżdżać tuktukiem lub taksówką (polecam tu ściągnięcie aplikacji pickme). Dość wysoka cena jak na warunki Srilanki, również w pobliskich restauracjach ceny "pod turystów". Śniadania w formie szweckiego bufetu mało urozmaicone.

- Rideau transparent, encore pire qu’ailleurs au Sri Lanka. Il fait complètement jour dans les chambres. - assez bruyant, restaurant adjacent au logement (restaurant extérieur qui donne sur la fenêtre d’une des chambres). J’avais réservé un appartement deux chambres mais nous avons été « surclassé » vers un appartement trois chambres, je pense que c’était pour se débarrasser de se logement bruyant. - pas de wifi fonctionnel - restau peu agréable, temps d’attente et précommande indispensable. Je pensais mettre la note de 7 à cet hôtel, puis j’ai vu passer un rat dans le restaurant. - peu de restau aux alentours ou alors débordés au temps d’attente délirant Nous savions à quoi nous attendre car nous avions lu les commentaires booking. Si comme nous, vous ne trouvez pas d’autre logement acceptable à Nilaveli car l’offre est inférieure à la demande, sachez qu’il faudra faire preuve d’abnégation!

The WiFi didn't work in our apartment and there is no reception at the complex - we had to work in the reception space. As it's self catering - information on where the locals shop would be great and tea towels in the apartments should be standard.

La playa, las vistas y había varios restaurantes cercas en la zona

Es un hotel muy caro para lo que ofrece, especialmente teniendo en cuenta los precios de la zona. La experiencia fue bastante decepcionante: no te ayudan con las maletas, la limpieza de las habitaciones es deficiente y las escaleras huelen a basura. El desayuno es de mala calidad y te obligan a esperar fuera de la sala, lo que no tiene sentido. En general, el servicio es pésimo y las instalaciones no justifican el precio. No lo recomendaría si buscas algo más allá de las vistas.

-prachtige ligging direct aan het strand. - mooie, goed onderhouden tuin met heerlijk zwembad met uitzicht op zee. -ruime appartementen. -slaapkamers hebben een eigen badkamer.

- service/personeel is minder hartelijk/warm in vergelijking tot andere hotels in Sri Lanka. - appartement worden oppervlakkig schoongemaakt. Plekken als deuren, kastjes, boarden van het bed zijn vuil. Airco vol stof, plukken stof achter het bed etc - geen automatische handdoek en bedlinnen wissel, hier moet je (3×) om vragen. - prijskwaliteit niet helemaal in balans.

I only liked the cleanliness of the rooms

I didn’t like the condo. The place didn’t have proper breakfast or restaurant. Only a pizza place and bar. And to get breakfast we had to order a day before. The building itself looks nothing like the photos on booking .com. The property is definitely not 4 stars rated. I will rate it 2 stars. The roooms had ants everywhere. And when we arrived at the location , there was no TV in the condo or any water or towels. We had ti ask them twice to bring it. We did not like at all the condo. The staff were helpful but I will never go back to this property

Ligging aan zee en zwembad. Ruime kamers.

Personeel erg op geld berust moet meteen bij aankomst alles betalen, geen gastvrijheid, geen schone handdoeken, wordt niet schoongemaakt. Wordt geen sfeer gecreëerd. Veel ongedierte binnen en stank in appartement. Bedjes leggen. Slechte service! Na 20:00u kun je niks meer bestellen. Zijn erg argwanend, moet meteen alles afrekenen.
