"Location 10/10, apartment facilities were ideal, close to train station & restaurants, cafe & shops."

Fantastic location, central to all the main attractions & an array of restaurants, cafes right on our doorstep. Walking distance to the train station too.

Noise at night was an issue, sirens going off along the main road from the apt, windows need upgrading for sound insulation.

Perfect location. Great apartment. Easy instructions and plenty of room. Really nice apartment in the centre of it all.

The only slight negative was because of the location it was a bit noisy at night. But then it was the weekend before Christmas so as expected and thry did provide plenty of earplugs

Gut aufgeteiltes und geräumiges Apartment. Tolle Lage mit Blick auf St. Luke.

Nicht ganz ruhig wegen der Umgebung, was aber im Vorfeld klar war. Die Ausstattung der schönen Küche mit Geschirr etc. sollte besser sein.

Nothing, they advertise facilities they are unable to provide. I asked for an extra cot (twins) when we arrived there wasn’t even one, when I phoned they told me the last guest damaged it, I asked why they didn’t inform me. My children had to sleep on the floor for 5 days as they didn’t provide a replacement. Also the tv was damaged, when I informed them of that, the “solution” was for me to go to Argos and collect a new one and then remove damaged one and fit new one, as the handyman was away in soon!
