Great location and great property. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Was not clean in certain areas - there was rubbish left under the beds (plastic bottles, papers, hair bobbles etc), but nothing a check and hoover before the next guests arrive would fix. The Pillows could also have been better, very flat and uncomfortable and in need of upgrading.

The location was fantastic with a wonderful view of the harbour. Facilities were good and the host made us welcome with a bottle of fizz.

The property was great but needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. It was visually clean but under the sofa and beds, there were pieces of rubbish and the living room floor was a little grubby.

"Disappointing, not clean and noisy from deliveries to pub next door"

Nice view from front.

Very noisy from deliveries to middle earth pub next door. Location of the pub wasn’t mentioned on their listing. No welcome pack so after 5 hour drive we had to go out to buy milk. Dirty. Skirting boards very dusty, found tissue and thick dust down side of bed when had to investigate why side lamp wasn’t working - someone had unplugged it round other side of the bed. Sofa not comfy for an evening in. No head support. Roller blind in bedroom would not wind up so we missed out on the lovely view.

Near to town/beach shops etc

Cottage smelled dirty. Upstairs twin room had litter/uneaten food underneath. Very noisy (poorly insulated) road noise bad also noise from upstairs.
