Netoli Kauno klinikų - tai buvo pagrindinis kriterijus. Patogi lova, patogi sofa-lova. Gerai įrengta virtuvė - daug indų ir įrankių. Vonios kambarys gerai įrengtas. Švari patalynė. Švara! Komunikacija ir demesys svečiams!

Butas šaltokas, nors radiatoriai buvo šilti. Paprašėm šildituvo - iškart atvežė, ir papildomų pledų. Parkavimo vietą rasti sunku - daug mašinų. Truksta naktinių staliukų ir lempos prie lovos, taip pat naktinės lempos kitame kambaryje.
