Continental breakfast got everything you want .Location was 20 minutes into Chester.Shops pubs and restaurants just round the corner ideal.

Clean, private, comfortable. All the facilities that were needed were there. Great breakfast and great price.
Had to disturb the attendant due to door lock being fiddly to use.

The room was very clean and airy, much nicer than the photos I had viewed, staff were friendly and helpful, a complimentary continental breakfast was included with the price which I hadn't expected, also very close to various restaurants and pubs.
Parking availability misleading on booking.com, whilst there are free places to park, space near the hotel is limited, we were weary driving anywhere incase we had nowhere to park again. Creaky floorboards from the room above us and the smoke detector constantly flashing but they were minor concerns, overall I'm pleased with our stay.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the property was very clean and newly refurbished. Location is about 20 mins walk from the centre, which we chose, so suited us.
The floor above was very noisy, which they were aware of. Breakfast choice was a bit limited. Parking was quite limited. We didn't realise there were some spaces at the back of the property, but managed to get a space on the road.

Continental breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Location quiet, but very convenient for local amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Double bed was on the small side. Husband nearly fell out!
