Everything. Cleanliness, communication with host was great, comfy bed and clean. Bathroom big enough and Netflix and Amazon prime on the TV. Heating and enough windows to open to get fresh air. Clean cooker and enough utensils. Coffee and tea provided. Can’t fault it. Value for money. Quiet area too, no bother from the neighbours and shop around the corner, handy to pickup some bits

The outside looked worse than the inside.

The place was well kept and decorated very nicely. The door codes were good because I did not have to worry about forgetting keys. The host had excellent communication and the place had all of the facilities that we needed.

The apartment was well equipped, light & airy & in a quiet location, but near amenities. The whole space was fresh & clean. I would highly recommend.

The property itself in terms of location and facilities (basically fitted out from IKEA) are reasonable and no complaints. There is on street parking and it's about 10miles outside of Nottingham so easily drivable. The bed is comfortable and the studio apartment is spacious enough for a short term stay either for work or a weekend away. The bathroom, as with the whole apartment, is also new, spacious and well sized.

The property is new and that's the main thing that kept it feeling fresh, as well as an overbearing reed diffuser. A quick change of bedsheets (hopefully) is not enough between guests. The kitchen was not cleaned and there was a used towel in the bathroom. This does bring down the overall rating of the stay and I'd encourage the owners of this stay to spend more time on the clean between guests or the property is quickly going to deteriorate and would not want to stay again given this.
