Le quartier est moyen, le bâtiment ne fit pas dans le quartier, à côté d’une discothèque; vieilles chaises et manque de parasol; manque de lumière au plafond dans la chambre.

Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr tolles Frühstück.

War alles sehr toll.

Rare to have a pool, breakfast was excellent and very close to city entrance

Room was a bit small, could hear other residents very loudly

Cleanliness, location, facilities. Was just an all round perfect place for a stay in beautiful Lucca.

The only negative I could say is that because it is self serve check in and check out and staff only there for cleaning and breakfast, you are not able to leave your luggage anywhere. Once you check out the room and hotel codes change, so you cannot get back in. Just something to bear in mind if you have a late pick up. It wasn’t too bad but we had to cart all our luggage around with us for 3 hours until our pick up time. Other than the we couldn’t fault anything and would definitely stay here again when we come back to Lucca.
