Modern house in Birmingham

Near to the centre and very spacious

We could not lock the front door and contacted the owner who did not seem concerned. Never checked if we managed to lock up. No hair dryer at the property No mirrors in the bedroom’s No instructions for any of the electrical appliances, it was cold and we could not put the heating on

Very modern, plenty of room great location. Great value for money.

Needs more mirrors in bedrooms.

Quiet area of the city centre. House was very well presented.

There was nowhere to park. I managed to find a parking bay ¼ mile away.

Info pack or link to info would have been useful. Key press could have been positioned by the door. Unclear on parking, did ask the question in advance and advised parking fine but wouldn’t have known where to park if side street suggested was unavailable

Super clean and spacious! Perfect location and comfy beds! Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommended to friends and family

Not a negative but prepare to pay a deposit. They were very efficient at returning this on departure!

Fab house , very modern, all the mod cons including utility room with ironing board, dish washer etc. lots of space. 3 bedrooms , Nice modern master bathroom with bath and shower over it. Also has a downstairs toilet . 1 of the double bedrooms also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower sink and toilet . Short walk to the city centre ( about a mile to Bullring on foot) much easier than driving into the city. Comfy beds , extra piĺows and all towels provided , nice and quiet at night. Helpful host that was quick to answer any questions.

The property was spacious, with lovely decoration and was really clean. It was fully equipped with towels, shampoo, body wash, loads of glasses and mugs and some kitchen equipment. It was also in a brilliant location.

There was nothing that we didn’t like, but for other groups if anyone struggles with stairs there is a lot, but that was not a problem for us at all.

The parking is horrible around the area. The property is on street that allows parking but it's always full. There is a construction site at the end of the street with trucks coming in and out of the narrow road. I can't get close to the street and we end up carrying our suitcases to another street.

It was very clean! And furnished to a great standard. Everything was in perfect working order. Also the check in was very simple with a key box.
