Silverspring Farm En suite

The room was very comfortable a very interesting property

Everything was great

Nice location, little hard to find ,would suggest clearer sign posting before the lane as its easy to miss. Suggest Large sign on the gate Also.

No heat for one night as owners were not available It got very cold , had to find clean dry towels when we had none, ourselves as our stay was three nights. No one was available as suggested by the owner to contact the on-site couple who were not in either for any service we might require.Wifi kept coming on and off and was annoying having to reset the phones, We were given a lovely room ,but needs better lighting the lamps did not give out enough light Bed was a little uncomfortable, and small .Lovely bird life with the bird feeders available .Enjoyed our stay had a great time however no heat, or offer of supply of clean towels each day, for a three day stay was not ideal. No apology was given ,Nobody on the property all day and evening ,.As hosts went to the pub and did not put any heat on. lacking in hospitality and care of guests . ,We often stay in homestays as we did this trip thankfully the heating was provided in our previous accomadtion this trip this winter. and we weren't forgotten, We thought a farm would be a nice change ,Unfortunately the response to not providing heat it was freezing was unapologetic ,Really need to be providing for guests better ,its what is required when accommodation is paid for in family homestays as much as any Hotel we might have stayed in. .Also previous compliments about a lack of credit card payment machine ,by past guests is also a problem we also found.

We had a truly lovely stay at Silverspring Farm. The en suite was cozy, clean, and peaceful, a perfect countryside retreat. Keri was such a warm and thoughtful host, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She kindly provided carrots so we could feed the horses, which was a really sweet touch, and also gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. The surroundings were tranquil and beautiful, adding to the overall charm of the stay. We only stayed one night but would happily return. Highly recommend!

Lovely place to stay with very friendly hosts. Wished I was staying longer so that i could have used the pool but there's definitely going to be a next time!

The room was very neat and tidy. Outdoor area was also lovely to have a walk.

Nature's paradise! A warm welcome. Peaceful setting. Clean and comfortable. Very homely.

The room was nice and cosy, with a large ensuite. It is fitted with everything you need for a weekend getaway. Keri's hospitality was exceptional, making us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in. I also liked that we had a nice view from our room. We would 100% book this again if we re-visit Cornwall.
