"Excelente ubicación y atención inmejorable"

La ubicación del alojamiento es excelente, ya que está muy cerca de la plaza Jemma el Fna y permite moverse caminando con mucha comodidad. Pero, sin duda, lo que más destacaría es la atención de Abdú: fue increíblemente amable y cercano durante toda nuestra estancia. Nos recomendó sitios preciosos para visitar, estuvo siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodos y tuvo un detalle magnífico por el cumpleaños de uno de nosotros, preparándonos una tarta con velas en el desayuno. Ese tipo de atención hace que la experiencia sea aún más especial y memorable.

Como aspecto menos positivo, algunas habitaciones están algo más descuidadas. En concreto, la primera que nos asignaron tenía bastante olor a humedad al llegar. Aun así, Abdú reaccionó enseguida y nos ofreció otra habitación más amplia y mucho más agradable, lo que mejoró considerablemente nuestra estancia.

The breakfast was nice, served by the two hosts and zakia. Very pleasant and professional staff.

The roof top is very tired, needs alot of attention. Has potential to be a nice seating area for breakfast and relaxtion

La proximité du riad par rapport à la place et les souks. Personnel à l'écoute dans l'ensemble.

Chambre très très sombre. Manque d'étagères à la salle de bain. Système d'aération médiocre, je rappelle que les salles de bains d'un riad sont sans fenêtre. Taille de lit petite mon fils mesurant 1.95m..... Petit déjeuner continental mentionné dans l'annonce........ pour avoir déjà été à Marrakech à plusieurs reprises et ayant eu l'expérience des hôtels et riad, le petit déjeuner est loin d'être conforme à l'annonce ! Bref je ne reviendrai pas dans ce riad.

"Un ottima soluzione economica in centro con personale disponibile."

Posizione veramente ottima, molto vicina alla piazza, ma ben isolata in modo da fare molta pace e tranquillità. Personale molto disponibile e gentile, quasi come sentirsi a casa.

La struttura è molto bella in sé, ma potrebbe essere più curata e pulita in generale, ma era ad un livello accettabile.

En la habitación de la planta baja había humedad.
