호텔이 사카에역과 매우 가까워 이동하기 편합니다. 돈키호테가 바로 옆에있고 큰길가로 나가면 몇몇 쇼핑할만한곳도 걸어갈 수 있어요. 미라이타워, 오아시스도 걸어갈 수 있습니다. 방음이 상당히 잘 되있어요. 침대나 화장실도 깔끔한편입니다.

호텔이 나고야에서 알아주는 유흥가/술집 밀집지역 초입에 있습니다. 돌아다니다보면 호객꾼들이 많고 아침에는 거리에 쓰레기가 많아요. 저녁에는 호객꾼들 무시하고 호텔 입구로 바로 향하면 달라붙지 않습니다.
