Really well decorated, furnished and cosy cottage. Modern and warm feel. Exceptionally clean and tidy and in good condition. excellent location in the heart of the village. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

Whilst there was outside seating (table and chairs) it could have been comfy... the weather was good!

The interior design and layout was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back

It wasn’t we didn’t like anything, the top step at top of stairs is very deep and shallow so maybe worthwhile noting this in the particulars?

"Very pleasant stay. Welton is a lovely village. A nice pub. Also Akasha have wonderful spa facilities and treatments lit"

Open plan, spacious downstairs. Lovely quality products, dressing gowns and towels provided. Good to have upstairs and downstairs bathroom. Lovely interiors. Comfy and practical as also had a young child. Quite steep stairs but ok for my 5yr old. Easy to maintain.

Would benefit from a drying rack for plates although there is a a dishwasher.

Wow, this place is perfect, we were very impressed🤩 It’s exactly like the photos - immaculately presented and to a very high standard. Everything has been thought of, attention to detail is spot on. Excellent instructions & communication from the owner Jen. I’d highly recommend the cottage, I could even live there, it’s beautiful. We will certainly book again if we ever need accommodation in the area.
