"Heating did not work in the house!"

The temperature outside was pretty cold for the time of the year, when we got inside the house it was pretty cold so we asked how do we turn on the heating to which the reply was that the heating is broken and instead we got two small electrical heaters and two extra blankets. Definitely avoid especially if you are going in a time of year when the temperatures are low!
