It is a beautiful boutique of a hotel, the staff are lovely and they made us a very nice breakfast.

J'ai sincèrement tout apprécié. C'était véritablement un cadre exceptionnel. Tout était parfait, notamment la décoration des chambres et la propreté, sans oublier l'amabilité et l'accueil des hôtes. Je recommande vivement!!

Hotel is dirty and management does not know what they are doing. We had a terrible stay at this hotel and management refused to take accountability for their own mistakes. They double booked rooms and forced us to share with strangers until other guests checked out.

Dar Yessine was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Unprofessional, rude, dismissive, incompetent, negligent, and disorganized from start to finish. When we arrived, there was no one to open the door, leaving us stranded outside for hours. Half of our group was arriving later, but my group arrived at 7pm—hardly “early”—yet there was still no staff in sight. At the very least, one person should have been available to accommodate arrivals at a reasonable hour. When we were finally let in, our rooms weren’t ready. In fact, they had been double-booked. To “fix” it, we were given different rooms, not the ones we’d paid a higher premium for—and we received no compensation. The next day, housekeeping didn’t service our rooms. When we asked for fresh towels, staff flooded our room by leaving the bidet on, then blamed us. To make matters worse, the AC stopped working. Instead of moving us to a functioning room, they told us to share with someone else. Completely unacceptable. After days of back-and-forth and consistently rude, unprofessional treatment, we had no choice but to relocate. Despite all of their mistakes, the hotel refused to issue a refund. In short: avoid this place. It’s poorly run, disrespectful to guests, and utterly careless with service.

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Dar Yessine completely ruined our trip. They double booked our rooms, forcing us to share with strangers for a day, and repeatedly insisted it wasn’t their fault—showing zero accountability. Even worse, we have video proof of a staff member physically assaulting a guest. The staff overall were extremely rude, unwelcoming, and dismissive, never taking responsibility for their mistakes. We ultimately had to relocate hotels because the situation was so unacceptable. Tourists should beware—avoid this place at all costs.
