MY1. 8min reaching Tg Balau beach 2. Aircond inside all the room quite new 3. Interior design is stylish and feels like home 4. The house is spacious
1. No aircond in living room only with fans 2. Guardhouse system is not user friendly 3. All Pillows are too thick (very uncomfortable) 4. Water pressure is low in toilet
