The wifi network could be improved

Stable and fast internet connection, decent breakfast and easy access to tricycles, cafes etc.

I wasn't aware upon booking, l would stay in a windowless room. Very noisy old AC unit. Broken faucet. Sheets weren't cleanest and were made of some sort of artificial fabric not really suitable for tropical climate.Staff should upgrade their hospitality skills.

Good location, 2 minute walk from the beach. Staff were friendly. Facilities are very basic but this is standard for this price in the Philippines. Breakfast was yummy and easy enough to order, probably leave some time for brekkie if you are heading out on a day trip.

Lots of mosquitos so make sure you have good repellent! There was also dog poos that were not cleaned up so be careful when walking as I unfortunately stepped in one. Wifi didn’t work in the room but worked fine in the breakfast area.

Very basic

Location is away from the madding crowd and has a nice pedestrian area with shops and restaurants nearby. Beach is accesible down a side alley directly at the property. This is a plus for the area not really a plus for the accomodation. Breakfast was good, free water and coffee. Nice prints of El Nido on the walls.

Rooms 1-4 are very old, our room had some insects eating away at the ceiling and continuously dropping dust or poop onto the bed. The bathroom was so old and dirty with rotten windows and the water stunk. We were moved to another room after complaining about the droppings on the bed. Rooms 1-4 are just a money grab now, they should be knocked down or refurbished. The newer room we were moved to was better, the shower had pressure and the water didn't smell as bad. Unfortunately it was under a huge tree which dropped fruit onto the roof all night long, waking us at 1am, 2am, 3am etc etc etc The new rooms don't have any mats to wipe your feet outside or any mats to wipe your feet outside the shower so the floor is covered in sand then wet sand, it was dirty all the time, I took a brush to clean the room myself. Nowhere to hang clothes, no balcony seats. Breakfast is a quest. Firstly the staff don't tell you anything about breakfast, that's because they don't actually speak to you, even when you speak to them. Then when you order silong they racially profile you and bring you a western breakfast instead. If you're really lucky they will take your breakfast order then not bother to make it so you can sit there for 45 minutes waiting before you realise that they don't care, not about you, not about their work, nothing.... well except whatever it is they are constantly looking at on their phones.... when they are not sleeping. Train your staff or employ some that actually want to work in hospitality.

Great location near the beach and restaurants, only a few minutes with tricycle in to town. The staff made my stay here memorable and helped me out with every need. Extra shoutout to Sheala and Linus for making me feel like a king here!
