Peniaze za pobyt (1 noc) mi odišli z účtu hned,no absolútne som nebola stotožnená stým,že mám posielať svoje selfie a fotografie svojích dokladov prostredníctvom on-line recepcie. Najväčší šok nastal keď si odomňa vypýtali 100 euro depozit, ktorý nikde nie je dopredu spomenutý. Následne som sa s nimi pokúšala spojiť telefonicky. Bezúspešne. Komunikujú výlučne len cez booking aplikáciu. Požiadala som následne o bezplatné zrušenie rezervácie, doposiaľ sa mi nik neozval. Takže predpokladám že som prišla nie len o svoj čas,ale aj peniaze. Neodporúčam!!! S takýmto prístupom som sa doteraz nestretla.

Čisté prostredie, blízko obchod Lidl aj Klas.

Lielākā vilšanās bija reģistrācija. Pēc rezervācijas apstiprinājuma booking.com lietotnē, atnāca prasība reģistrēties pakalpojuma sniedzēja lietotnē, kas prasīja noskanēt ID karti vai pasi. Turklāt obligāta prasība bija iemaksāt 100EUR depozīta naudu, kura pēc uzturēšanās tika atgriezta atpakaļ, jo neko nesalauzām :). Tikai pēc tam tika atsūtīta informācija, kā iekļūt naktsmītnē. Viesu uzņēmējs nebija sazvanāms ne uz norādīto tālruņa numuru, kā arī neatbildēja uz jautājumu booking.com lietotnē.

If you want to save your time and money never book apartment here. The phone number is just a bot, for message they can reply during an hour and if you come after 8pm you will never check-in. We wanted to stay there with 11 month old baby, booked the apartment an hour before arrival, and couldn't check-in because registration should be made on thier website that didn't recognise our passports. It was windy and cold evening, and we couldn't wait during an hour to get their response. They charged all the money and didn't want to return even when we didn't stay there.

Terrible customer service, we have been waiting outside over 2 hours with our small children. They have responded after 2 hours and gave us self check so we can take the keys from the lock box. Really not happy at all. We had to book another hotel because it was raining outside while our children was there with us and they have not even refunded the money back to our account. I have payed 400€ for four nights and I haven't slept there even one night and they are refusing to pay money back. I would not suggest it to anyone. Had a really bad experience with them and the customer service is really terrible.

the location, price

I did not like that I had to send copy of my ID card for registration. I think Booking should provide all the necessary information for accommodation.
