"Disappointed to stay with this hotel"

Their rooms were so cold and their AC systems were equipped with heating options but they chose to centrally close all the AC and upon asking they said that they can at max provide an extra blanket. One room didn't even have a hot water supply.

Food was great, specially breakfast. Service was good. Spacious room and bathroom.

The cleaning of the rooms was not good (not talking about staff cleaning). Rooms were very dark because of dark interior. Food rates but expensive. No amenities like pool or gym.

"Exceptional"

The hotel is excellent and worth staying at. The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, and it’s conveniently located near the airport. They offer a transfer service at a fair price, which is very convenient. However, we had an issue with the payment because the card machine had no signal. We tried more than four cards before it finally worked. My tip for future guests is to bring cash just in case. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

"Overall great stay and value for money."

Great value for money. Good hotel for a stay near Delhi airport. Hotel staff was welcoming and provided all basic necessities.

I asked for odomas and no one came to provide it.

"Outdated property and below average property. Not even 3 star hotel it is."

Breakfast item was very limited. Even 3 star hotels also offer more breakfast option than this.

Property is rated 4 star on your website however it seems to me below 3 star property so don't rate it 4 star and don't make fool to Passengers. Property is not well maintained and everything was outdated. Their bathroom were not having proper stands, proper curtains. Taps were working very hard. No slippers, hair dryer and other facilities and amenities were kept into room. I would just say to booking.com that don't make people fool and don't rate 4 star. It really didn't match my expectation.
