Helpful staff. Issues but quickly resolved and that's the main thing when things go wrong, which i won't comment on because they were sorted so quickly and promptly.

The shower room is very cold and struggle to get a decent shower

Noting to like at the property it was gloomy and drab.

Property was no clean - dead fly, hairs everywhere and not hygienic at all - Broken furniture etc. - Host we no cooperative.

Mattress could be a higher spec

The rooms were spacious, bright and airy. Location is excellent. Furnishings were to a very good standard. Bed decoration was a nice touch.

Curtains (well office blinds) are not suitable for a bedroom window. They let too much light in, to sleep past sunrise. Long life milk sachets would have been nice. Would have also liked to have some complimentary toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo plus a mirror, other than in the bathroom.
