GBIt was close to the airport
Had problems getting the keys for the building and room out of the key safe situated outside. Called the contact number we had for the room as the code did not work. We were then told to do a WhatsApp video call which we did immediately after the voice call but they did not answer leaving us stranded outside late at night. We did eventually manage to get inside the building to then find the key to apartment did not work. We heard noise inside the apartment after around 15 minutes of trying to open the door. After that the key worked. It appeared as if someone inside had locked the door from the inside. Alongside the issue of access we also found multiple cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom as well as being bitten by something while asleep in bed. There was a point where myself and my family thought we were going to be sleeping outside which was very stressful and traumatic. I strongly suggest not booking this property. It is the worst service I have ever received.
