This is a beautiful house, has everything, gardens, hot tub, shared common areas with cooking facilities and cold and hot drinks, was friendly and well maintained

Only small thing, would like bins for recycling and a water tap instead of bottles of water

Lovely host and beautiful garden. The location was great. The jacuzzi area was well considered and the rota for it was a good idea.

Had to go off site for breakfast but that didn't really bother us too much.

The room we stayed in is in a beautiful villa in a quiet and safe area of Verona. Ponte Pietra is quite close, about 5-10 min walk. There are 2 parking spots inside the villa's yard but the street parking is also free. There is also the option of parking in a covered garage close by. Francesco, the host, is very helpful and friendly, and lives in the villa, so he's available for any requests. The common lounge is really nice and it's very useful to have the drinks provided (cold and hot). The olive garden behind the villa is really beautiful and a real bonus. The olive oil gift we received was really tasty :-)

Just some minor suggestions for improvements: - a coffee table in front of the sofa in the lounge would be nice :-) - finding a way to adjust the cold air from the ACs: in the bedroom it was hard to lie in bed with the AC on given that it blows straight onto the bed. Also, the AC in the lounge was blowing air over the common table and it was very cold to sit there.

Beautiful property, excellent facilities including hot tub. The owner Francesco was really kind, welcoming and friendly. Honestly 10/10 stay.
