Nearby shops for getting necessities. There was trolley available for use to carry multiple bags luggage. Key collection well prepared. Water filter is provided so no issues with clean drinking water. Aircon in master bedroom and family hall.

Apartment cleanliness could be improved. Toilet was not clean thoroughly.Some fixing needed from leaking from overhead water tank. Signs of rust stains from water tank leak. Leftovers toiletries like shaver, toothbrush toilet roll from previous guests not cleared. Water heater is too hot to shower even at lowest setting. Had to use pail and mix the hot water with cold. Fridge is rather dirty. Comes with washer machine but laundry room is dirty. Kitchen sink cleanliness not maintained mouldy. . Bath towel doesn't look clean (perhaps due to its grey color nature). Same goes for bed cover due to its black color choice. No WIFI. Aircon only in master bedroom. Only fan for other rooms. Owner should check on the work done by cleaners if they engaged any.

The property was equipped with enough facilities for us to stay like home.

Pls repair toilet tank is leaking, house is not maintain for long time, stain on the washroom sink
