首先联系的工作人员，不知道是房东还是中介，态度很恶劣。具体体现和他沟通需求入住，4个小时失联。通过booking中介最后才联系上。。另外房间的门是坏的，半夜无法关门会有声音。阳台的推拉门是坏的，我告知房东，担心未来住客安全，他污蔑是我损坏，并且还说住客偷了床上用品，简直可笑。最后还对我进行辱骂，说让我去地狱旅游。事实上这是我最差的booking入住体验。当你入住以后，一切问题的东西可能会找你索赔。

The balcony is unfortunately small.

The apartment was clean. However I still think it is imperative that the apartment is serviced each day.

There are no pots or pans hence we couldn't even make a simple breakfast in the apartment.

There were not enough towels for everyone and non-available for changing. In one of the rooms, there was no carpet, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable as the floor was cold. There was no toaster in the kitchen.

We loved the place. Everything about that place was homey* It truly felt like a home away from home. Amazing host and great service at the gate with the securities. The host is really amazing and helpful. Assisted us throughout the stay. As a family with a toddler it was indeed family friendly. Children play area .available. Thank you to the Host for having us🌸🌺🌸🌺🌸
