Hi Team, Greetings! We deeply regret in informing you to experience the worst at fab hotels. We have checked- in to the FabHotel Chalet city hotel , Saket , New Delhi around 1:15PM on 3rd November 2024 where were quite disappointed with the room where, 1.  Hygiene was not maintained  2.  No ventilation on the corridor  3.  Refrigerator wires were broken 4. No bucket was provided in washroom 5. Carpets were not at all clean 6.  The overall environment was little scary for a family to live in. 7. Washroom was smelling bad where we requested the house keeping to spray  8. Flusher was working on and off in washroom.

Staffs were really nice and helpful. Guard bhaiya was also helpful. Breakfast was decent, although they need to work on their menu as they repeated the menu every second day. Location is pretty good.

First of all, this no booking payment or pay at property is a SCAM. They let you book through the booking. Com app, then they will constantly send you texts saying that you'll have to pay around 30% of the total amount in order to secure a room, not doing this you'll lose the room and a room is not guaranteed. Secondly, the property is not even close to how it is presented in the pictures. Rooms and toilets are not at all maintained. Room was utterly dirty, even thought I asked for cleaning again. There were dust all around on the tables, TV, sofa, Almirah, lamp, etc. Thirdly, AC wasn't working, I complained and it was corrected the next day. Further, Toilet seat and floor was soo directly and full of marks, felt like a cheap pahadgunj hotel. Bed sheets were also dirty and smelly. I literally poured all my perfume all over the room and toilet. In addition, I had requested them to keep my prescribed medications (which were extremely expensive and difficult to arrange from the market) in the fridge or inform me so that I can do alternative arrangements, they had switched off the fridge after a couple days and didn't even inform me, which is really not acceptable.

Location is very very good. Very near PVR Saket and bang on the main road.

Quality of electrical fittings, unswept underside of bed with someone's used water bottle lying, etc etc. Toilet paper roll was finished. Kettle cord very short, not practical to connect to power source.

It was not at all clean! The bed, mattress, pillow, bed sheet all were below standard and unclean! Too much dirty! Lizards in the washroom !
