Great owner, nice room, beautiful garden

Hard to find, no fridge, no fans/screened windows… Needs much better signage on main road as locals do t know where it is!

This place is little bit difficult to find, but that is part of the charm. Middle of secluded jungle and short distance from beautiful rice fields and walks. Quiet place with only 2 bungalows and nice older man as a host. (Look for “Milla Homestay” and follow narrow road down the jungle, maybe 3 min walk, or 1 min with motorbike) Clean nice and relaxing rooms. Recommend if you are looking for quiet and relaxing stay.

The villa is located away from the village, making it very quiet and a bit immersed in the forest. We highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates peace and quiet. The garden is very pretty and well-kept, the bedroom and bed comfortable, and the owner very kind. The place is well-located for walks in the nearby rice fields. Scooters are also available for rental.

The property was beautiful. The shower was hot, the bed was the comfiest weve slept in since travelling and to top it all off the hosts are the friendliest people we have met on our travels. Every morning they asked what time we would like breakfast and no matter what time it would be done for us. The host also helped us book a taxi to seminyak and recommended loads of things to do in the local area. All in all Sideman was beautiful and the hosts made it an even better experience. Thank you for having us!

The only slight complaint we could have is the way to the property- however it also gives it a sense of privacy and adventure, if you’re in Sidemen please book this place.

I stayed here for only 1 night when I was sick but it was one of my best stays so far! The owner is so kind, he takes care of anything you need. They also helped me take my heavy luggage from the parking lot to the room because you can’t get there by car. I was too weak to carry it at the moment. Totally recommend for a relaxing stay away from busy Bali!

This beautiful villa is nestled away in nature. A tricky place to find at first but the man running the place is super helpful and kind so you won’t have any challenge getting help if you need it. I have severe food allergies and felt very comfortable eating at breakfast during my stay (and there are a good selection of restaurants nearby to eat at for lunch and dinner). A scooter and taxis were arranged for us too which was really convenient! The room is large and comfortable with amazing views of the garden and with only one other villa on site it felt very private and peaceful. We loved scooting around to waterfalls and through sidemen, a highlight of our stay in bali (largely down to the lovely man running the site)

The owner was very helpfully in helping me and my crutches get to the hotel. The breakfast was always served on time and very punctual. The whole area is very tranquil, almost in the middle of the forest where you can hear the local fauna. The mosquito net was very helpful in that regard. We were able to rent a scooter directly with the owner for a very good price.

The access is quite complicated, there are no clear sign from the road to access the hotel, we had to ask around. From there, you have to follow a narrow and bit steep path (200m) to the hotel.With crutches that would have been way too difficult if not for the help of the owner. If you have a scooter, it is doable but careful for fallen branches during the rainy season. A bit of leak in the bathroom.

Very spacious bedroom and bathroom (with warm water). Also very big windows with a panoramic view on the tropical garden surrounding the room. The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and also water and coffee/tea was included during the entire stay.

Nothing.

We loved that this property was tucked away between the jungle and the rice fields. It felt so private and special. The room was huge and there is only two villas on the property. There are paths all around the neighbourhood through the village and farms and everyone is so friendly. Breakfast was sumptuous and there are lots of fantastic restaurants nearby.

A positive and a negative - It was a bit hard to find but for us this was the charm.

Great place with absolutely wonderful staff and owners.

Slightly hard to find, but not a problem once you know the way.
