The Hosts are so friendly, warm and welcoming. The stay was very comfy, and relaxing.

nice carpet on the floor. warm & cozy blanket was provided. staff was good & helpful. value for money.

you have to take your luggage as there is no one to help you for that. no heating element is available so take care in harsh winters. location is little bit in outskirts but if you have your vehicle with you then no worries as it is 2km from dal gate.

We had the pleasure of staying at Saima Ma'am’s Homestay for a few days, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to key areas like Dalgate, Tourist Reception Center, Lal Chowk (Ghanta Ghar), and Zero Bridge/City Center, making it a perfect base for exploring Srinagar. The homemade food was a real highlight – delicious, hygienic, and always served with care. The room we stayed in was spotless, well-ventilated, and came with a dedicated, clean bathroom. It felt comfortable and homely. What truly made our stay memorable was the warm hospitality of Saima Ma'am and her family. They were always welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Additionally, their connection with Mudasir Sir for driving services was a huge plus. He’s highly knowledgeable about the region and provided insights into Gulmarg and other nearby attractions, making the trip both informative and enjoyable. Plus, the services were budget-friendly, allowing us to explore offbeat locations that we wouldn’t have found on our own. If you’re planning a trip to Srinagar and want a comfortable, homely, and well-connected place to stay, I highly recommend booking this homestay. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and great hospitality!
