Cute studio-great location

La anfitriona nos explicó a fondo como hacer el check in. Fue muy amable y la habitación estaba llena de detalles como bombones, unas galletas de desayuno y sobres de café, cosas que se agradecen. Ésta a menos de 10 minutos andando del centro de Zadar.

Lo único que pondría como punto negativo es el parking, ya que viene como incluido y en realidad es lo que hay alrededor del edificio, por lo que en días muy ajetreados de gente puede que tardes en encontrar algo cerca.

Appartamento confortevole. Il condominio in cui si trova non è dei migliori esteticamente, come anche la zona. Ma vicino al centro (15 minuti a piedi).

Super süß eingerichtetes Zimmer. Sehr liebevoll. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine sehr gute Aussicht. Der Bettbezug war sehr angenehm und wir haben angenehm geschlafen. Das Bett ist für ein Paar oder alleine super. Erinnerte mich an meine Studentenzeit. War preislich erschwinglich.

Bei der Ankunft hatten wir Probleme mit dem Öffnen vom Schlüsselkasten, zum Glück kannte ich das System vom Hundeplatz und konnte ihn schließlich doch öffnen. Ist aber was für Menschen, die gerne tüfteln. Nach der anstrengenden Fahrt war das nicht so unser Ding. Das Bad war sehr klein mit alten Schimmelrückständen in der Dusche. Die Ausklappmatte ist zum schlafen für mich leider ungeeignet gewesen wegen der befestigten Kopferhöhung. Die Lage ist auch nicht besonders für einen Wohlfühlurlaub geeignet. Alles in allem war es für die Durchreise und eine Nacht ok.

Loved our stay here ! Very close by to the “center” which is easily accessible by foot (around 15 min walk). The studio itself was very clean and tidy and the owner was very kind and responsive and explained everything in details before our arrival and was kind enough to allow an early check in since the place was ready for us, she also provided extra towels if needed and a bottle of water and all the necessities one could need. It was everything we could’ve asked for and we would make sure to come back here on our next visit to Zadar !

The studio was super clean, super bright and super cozy! The location was perfect as everything you need is within a few minutes walking distance and the town center not even a 10 minute walk away. "Cute Studio" definitely lived up to it's title ! Will absolutely be coming back here when visiting Zadar again. A big THANK YOU to the wonderful host :)

Great location 10 minutes of walking distance from the centre. Large store and many good bars arround.

Lovely view of city, especially at night, football stadium - floodlit. Nice feel about apartment . Good selection of amenities and Decor was tasteful and fairly new . close to supermarket/ next to bar/ cafe .Owner very helpful with questions.

For an overseas visitor maybe good to have details of transport links : website for coach bus/ trains / reputable taxi company. Distance from tourist attractions
