DEDas Zimmer war sehr schön und in gutem Zustand, insbesonders das Bett war sehr gut. Die Anlage liegt etwas außerhalb, das Zentrum ist in ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg sehr gut zu erreichen. Das angebotene Frühstück war eines der besseren (in Laos), täglich frisch gepresster Saft (!).

The bathroom is a bit stark and the floor is lethally slippery when it’s wet. The shower wasn’t working properly but the hotel did their very best to fix it.

NOI did not stay there for reasons given below, so I cannot really rate the place.
After checking in I was totally overwhelmed by the absurd noise coming from a nearby floating karaoke restaurant, and I decided that no way I could use the balcony. Thus I decided just to pay my dues and leave there and then. The manager was kind to offer me a room further away from the source of the noise, but it was still bad outside this room too.
ATWir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und wir fanden es schade dass wir nicht länger geblieben sind. Die Gastgeber sind wunderbar, freundlich und gaben uns das Gefühl einer familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Chefin des Hauses hat uns außerdem noch sehr geholfen indem sie diverse Buchungen für uns übernommen hat. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen und können das Haus nur empfehlen. A bit far from downtown, limited on drinks that were listed on menu
DEThe location at the river was lovely to watch the sun set or the mist disappear during the morning at one's terrace or having breakfast (which was really nice and with a daily choice - I tried omette and pancakes). The room had all the necessary amenities and the hosts help organize tours and they provide the possibility to independently rent a kayak and start right from the accommodation! I arrived quite late and was able to order dinner as well on arrival, which was really helpful and tasty.
Next door is a restaurant with karaoke which was noisy during the weekend. You also need to be aware that the boats driving up and down the river from early in the morning are quite noisy. Also, the road leading up to the accommodation is a gravel/dust road and partly not lit at night, so bring a torch if you are walking.
ESamazing location right on the river with incredible views. Service couldn't be any better and I liked the fact this was slightly away from the main town center.
