Ahimsa Moon Villa Seminyak

The Villa was great - we loved our stay. the living area and kitchen has everything you need. We did some of our own cooking while here - and we mostly had what we needed (tongs would be a great addition) and the lounge room had multiple places to relax. The 3 bedrooms were comfortable and clean and all the bathrooms were great.

Nothing - the villa was great.

Our stay was pleasant.The main reason why was the staff that clean house and swimming pool.Especially lady of staff that keep house clean is brilliant and genuine.Pool was a good advantage of this villa and air conditioners also. Staff provide with towels,water bottles and everything for the kitchen(only salt was not there). Pool man Ketut and cleaning lady Komang are great staff and did our stay more enjoyable in Ahimsa Moon Villa. Thanks to every single staff member for their hospitality and warmth! Home facilities are provided,hot water in showers which is a common problem in some Bali villas was not a problem in Ahimsa Moon Villa.

All the rooms can be locked by the key, but the main space is opened. That was not bad, but probably some mosquito nets could be installed to avoid any potential guests(insects and small lizards,but be sure that lizards are welcomed in Bali and there is no worry, they afraid of humans more than we do them). And also in the main space where kitchen and hall are located can be covered with small carpets or something that can be used after swimming in the pool. Because it is slightly dangerous to walk in this space, it can be wet. But foot mats are there so it is all up to you.

The layout of the Villa was fabulous. Each of the three bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom. The lounge area was open to the outdoors and leads to the private swimming pool - felt relaxed within a Bali traditional setting. The swimming pool was well used - we all loved it! The location was great - a quieter part of Seminyak with some eating places close to the Villa

There was not much we didn't like! A couple of small things - while the place was clean, the fridge could have been cleaned better. There were also some ants in the kitchen. However, it was great the Villa was cleaned every second day - we stayed for 6 nights.

The staff and facilities were absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating. Would definitely book again as it's a great location and value for money with a family. The welcome pack was a huge unexpected bonus and was greatly appreciated, as was the willingness to adapt to our plans around cleaning times. The private pool is so serene and peaceful and added to our relaxation after a hot day out exploring.

The only fault was the stairs leading up to the 2 top floor bedrooms. They are extremely steep, narrow, and winding. Made it difficult to get bags up and down and wouldn't be ideal for small kids. The only other improvement that is not a big deal would be better body wash facilities which we just went and bought our own.

Beautiful location. Villa was gorgeous and clean. The pool was beautifully maintained and facilities were amazing. Bedrooms were all secure and comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!
