We booked a room with a sea view but were initially given a room with no window. The host spoke no English so we communicated via Google translate. She eventually gave us a room with a view but charged us an extra 100,000 vnd per night. A bit of a scam. Also the fridge went off every time we left the room

I recently booked a stay at Kim Hong Phuong through your platform, but I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The room had no windows, no ventilation, and the air was filled with a terrible smell, similar to a sewage odor. The bed linens, including the sheets and pillowcases, were dirty and smelled awful. The entire room felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. Additionally, the hotel staff were unhelpful and did not seem to understand our concerns. Due to the lack of ventilation, the room was unbearably hot, and there was no way to escape the awful smell After complaining, we were offered a different room for an additional charge, but unfortunately, it had the same unpleasant odor. While this new room had a window, the hotel’s listing claimed it was located on the “first coastline” with direct beach access, which was misleading. In reality, there was no direct exit to the sea, and to reach the beach, we had to walk 2 to 5 kilometers. The hotel’s location was also highly inconvenient. I am very disappointed with this misleading advertisement and the poor quality of the accommodation. I kindly request a refund or compensation for this experience. I hope you take action to ensure such misleading listings do not appear on your platform in the future.

The staff treated me like family, making me feel truly welcome. Exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and a warm atmosphere—I’ll definitely be back!
