The hotel has a fantastic view, the rooms are new and clean, and watching the sunrise from the hotel in the morning is spectacular, like standing on the summit of Mount Batur watching the sunrise.

From my room I could see the Mount Batur directly, where the sun rises every morning.

If there could be a phone in the room to get access to the hotel staff, that would be great.

"A little bit of heaven."

Beautiful view. Large clean room. Quiet, except for birds singing in the morning.

Nothing. I came with a backpack knowing it was downhill and lots of stairs. The stairs were good exercise for me. I'm 70 and not that fit but, just traveled up and down stairs slow. I had help with my bag from staff. Breakfast 6 out of 10. OK, but next time I would have gone out for breakfast.
