The Vault Luxury Apartment

Very stylish property in a good location with very comfy beds. Close to Bridge Street bars and restaurants. The host asked for honest feedback as she is keen to improve the experience.

In order to help the host improve things as she clearly wants to do, the main issues for us were: 1) having a sliding door to the bathroom which seemed an odd choice as there was space for an inward opening door. If the door stays as a sliding one, it must work properly. Sadly, it didn't work properly so the bathroom door could not be closed fully. I think a bathroom door should also have a lock. 2) There was no where to sit and eat together - the kitchen island would be fine for this but there were only two bar stools for a 4 person flat. Another minor point was that some of the crockery wasn't very clean so had to be washed before use.

Spacious, very near to shops and restaurants. Good locations Sofa is comfy Kitchen very good and equip with necessities Love the light coming in the kitchen

No bed-light No closet for bedrooms to put clothes in especially if it’s for 5 nights stay Storage in the bathroom as well To hang towels etc No side table for the back bedroom

The design is amazing

Could do with bedside lights and there is nowhere to hang your clothes

It was a very beautifully decorated apartment with exceptionally comfortable beds. And perfectly situated for the town bars and restaurants.

There are a lot of little touches that were missing and somethings that you would expect to be better for the price. Maintenance and cleaning is an issue, when we arrived we found that the front door lock was sticking, door handle also loose and fell off completely at one point. In the bathroom a wet towel was on top of the pile of clean towels, I just hope to god it was a clean one! There was dried toothpaste in one of the sinks. The throw in the living room was damp, smelt like it had just been febreezed. Dishwasher had not been emptied, only 3 coffee pods were supplied with the coffee machine. We were looking forward to using the outside area but the table, chairs and floor were covered in dry bird poo. This apartment could be top end if the little things were taken care of.

Beautifully decorated apartment in a great location. Host was very helpful when we needed somewhere to leave our bags before check in and after check out. Courtyard area outside was such a lovely feature although unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to make much use of it. Really striking decor with a high quality finish. Bed was really comfortable.

Very very comfortable beds, lovely powerful, hot shower, lovely designed apartment and in an ideal location. Perfect end to our 2 week roadtrip

Thr door lock was a little awkward to get out of, but only took a couple of minutes to figure out. Very minor and the shower hose for thr bath popped off, but we tightened the little grub screw so hopefully won't happen again!

Big, spacious, warm. Easy checking process and good location. Very modern

Very echoey and un-homely. Didn’t feel very secure. Outside area wasn’t very clean. Fine for a one night sleep but expensive for what you got (I.e. minimal furnishings and amenities + things felt cheaply made).
