AUOverall, my stay was pleasant. The staff were consistently helpful and accommodating. While the room differed slightly from the online photos, it was still satisfactory.
Unfortunately, the wifi connection in the room was unreliable. Additionally, my room lacked windows and was smaller than expected, although this might not be a significant issue for solo travelers.

Bad unclean bedsheet always, no hair dryer, no shampoo
SGThe breakfast was good. Staff were nice and accommodating when I asked for room to be made in the evening.
Bedsheets had lots of stains, and it made the bed feel unclean. They hotel does not provide shampoo, only the kind of soap probably used for handwash only. No hairdryer either.
MYhotel is less than a year old so still very clean, rooftop restaurant is a good feature, friendly & helpful staff
the room was very small & some of the propaganda was false: no kitchen & no balcony as claimed rooms not cleaned every day 'continental breakfast' is disappointing
