Kieara Holiday Guest House

- The location is strategic, very close to town and the places we wanted to visit. - The house is new and quite spacious, comfortably fitting 4 adults and 1 child. - Every room has air-conditioning, which made our stay comfortable.

Upon arrival on Friday night (around 10pm), the house was not cleaned. Bedsheets were smelly and had been used, towels were dirty and also used, the dustbin had not been emptied, and dirty dishes were left around. Despite informing the host of our arrival the day before, the housekeeper admitted he had forgotten. Although the housekeeper came that night, we had to ask him to return the next day as we were too exhausted after a 7-hour drive. It was disappointing to be greeted this way given the potential of this homestay.

The house is relatively new. Has a/c in all rooms

Its more like housekeeping is poorly done The refrigerator was already stuffed with food when we checked in. And no, its not complimentary food. Its a typical stuff you would find in your fridge at home. No water heater for shower
