La ubicación en el Centro Histórico, todo accesible y muy cercano.

Todo estuvo muy bien, una señorita nos atendió al llegar y nos dio información, solo la regadera del 102 no tenia agua caliente constante, estaba un poco tapada pero funcionaba bien.

Excelente habitación, comodas camas

Excelente ubicación, el personal de servicio fue muy amable, la habitación es confortable y cuenta con lo básico para una estancia cómoda. En suma, excelente relación precio-calidad.

Hace falta mantenimiento, en el baño no había donde poner los enseres y el agua se encharcaba. El filtro de agua no servía y el internet era intermitente.

Me gustó la ubicación aparte de que es muy cómoda la abitacion

Tienen todo accesible para cocinar y poder estar a gusto . La presión del agua en la ducha es excelente

la reserva es un poco confusa si es la primera vaez en la app, seria bueno que el contacto inicial fuera un poco mas claro. Nunca supe donde estaban las bolsas de basura 😬

The location is outstanding. While I was a bit concerned there would be excessive street noise (I'm a light sleeper), it was not an issue. The apartment has lots of room, good AC and hot water, and the beds were ok to sleep on. Good instructions and check in was easy. The apartment was clean. For the money charged, it was a good value.

While the kitchen is of ample size, it was poorly equipped. The biggest issue for us was that they supply you with a Nespresso style coffee machine, but there is nowhere in the Centro area to purchase the pods, and none were provided. I did contact them about that but they were of little help. I wasn't about to take an Uber to a grocery store to find pods. If you want morning coffee, there's Oxxo or Concha y Cafe just a short walk from the apartment.
