The apartment is located in a beautiful residential complex with lots of greenery and open space. The area is peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for walks. Everything you need is conveniently available within the complex, making your stay more comfortable. The apartment itself is cozy and clean, and thoughtfully equipped. We especially loved the large balcony, where we enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast while overlooking the green surroundings. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Tbilisi and would happily stay here again. 😊

The apartment was cozy, clean, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the spotless white linens and the overall cleanliness. The host welcomed us with coffee and sweets, which was a lovely surprise. The hosts were very caring, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is excellent – truly a “city within a city.” The complex has everything needed for a stay: green parks and gardens, cafés, bars, shops, and various services, so we rarely needed to leave the area. We also loved the large balcony and the pleasant atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!

Расположение дома - хороший жилой район, квартира была на 8-м этаже с видом на горы. Хороший балкон, чистая квартира. Рядом есть небольшие магазинчики и кофейни. До метро 5 минут пешком и 25 минут до центра на метро. В целом нам было комфортно в этой квартире, но по сути мы в ней только ночевали.

В день заезда не работал лифт (квартира на 8 этаже), но на следующий день его починили. В ванной всё хорошо, но очень высоко расположена раковина.

Very good housing complex. Quiet neighborhood, metro station and supermarket are very close. Also nice cafe "Nibble" - ideal for breakfasts. The host was very friendly and responsive.

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, despite our late arrival, they were able to let us into the apartment. The apartment is lovely and is located in a very calm and green neighbourhood, a metro station is nearby so the centre is reachable by public transport. Everything that is necessary is provided in the apartment.

La posizione di questo appartamento è strategica.. fuori dal traffico frenetico della città con parcheggio e l’accesso è limitato a chi vive all’interno di questa zona.. a 3 minuti trovi la metro e in pochi minuti sei in centro.. sotto casa trovi negozi e alimentari.. l’appartamento è pulitissimo, profumato, molto ampio ..ci tornerei sicuramente..
