"Estafa sobrecupo"

No es un sitio confiable, dos horas antes del check in, me dijeron que ya estaba reservada por otra persona y que no podían hacer nada. Me quedé varado, sin hotel con mi familia y tenia una boda familiar.

Tengan cuidado, ofertan el inmueble a pesar de que ya está rentado, recibí correo de confirmación y aún así no respetaron, que te hagan el reembolso al momento no resuelve.

La habitación ya estaba rentada por fuera de la aplicación, no me dieron acceso y no me solucionaron nada con la devolución! Al momento de llegar no me recibieron, ya habían unas personas en la que yo había reservado
