The location was perfect for visit to Somnath

The rooms seemed damp & smoked in.

Staff was good

Curtain was misssing clips. Bed was soiled and and bedsheets were not changed. After complaints they fixed it. Shower drain was plugged and after complained they fixed it. Seems like maintenance was poor for only 6 - 7 year old place. Or may be they were not trained properly.

Property ambiance is good.

Satisfactory.

Staff training needs attention, especially in the restaurant, as well as at the front desk. The evening front desk manager was not very helpful and forthcoming with information that a tourist or visitor may need. Restaurant staff needs to understand that guests might follow their own dinner plan, and not as per the expectations of the staff. The serving staff tended to hurry up and take away plates while guests were still eating.
