They don't accept online bookings

They don't give rooms

Charged more rent than assured in online booking. At counter staff argued they can’t give for such low rent. They told, in case customers come with booking, they say property is fully booked, else they provide rooms at higher rent. Very bad experience and no other option than accepting their price&pay

The booking was not honoured and was told to rebook at the reception oat a much higher cost. Had no idea why this was listed in your site. At the time of booking had yo pay 310 rupees for reservation confirmation which I did and ambyet to receive the refund.

Room was spacious. Bed was neat and clean. Overall this stay was good. Front desk office person was also very polite and cooperative.

We were given a price of 543 by booking.com and after reaching the hotel, they said that they are not accepting any online bookings and that we have to pay INR 1000 for the room. Total disappointment. Booking.com kindly remove this hotel from your listing or refund back the excess money we paid.
